Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of baking ingredients:

• Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, incorrect, or defective products.

• Products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection and approval.

Perishable and food-grade items are not eligible for return once opened.
 

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

• Approved cancellations will be refunded using the original payment method.
